- This site is highly visible from all directions and development of a site will have a detrimental impact on the landscape
-As the site is in a valley it will be impossible to mitigate / screen the site
-It will have a detrimental impact on the natural and historic heriatge of this locality
- The access is innapropriate and will not be safe
- The site is not convenient for a doctors or school and there is only an isolated bus stop in the vicinity
-Thre are significant highway safety considerations , the Fosseway is busy, narrow and fast. Te success of Jaguar Landrover has made traffic levels higher on this 'high risk' road.
-Children will not be able to walk to school / facilities and to consider the current bus stop as adequate will be an exageration
-The Local economy will suffer if the Warwickshire Exhibition Centre fails as a consequence of this proposal.
