-The infrastructure and services are not in place to accept this site
- The site wil require trafic control, road widening, lighting and a bus stop to make it safe
- New gas , electricity and sewage facilities will need to be built which will spoil this currently undeveloped /natural area
-Local schools do not have enough places for either travellers or future residents of the area
- The nearest medical centre is over 3 miles away and already oversubscribed
-The busy A425 and B4455 are not safe roads and the nearby canal is also not safe for children
- Te Warwickshire Exhibition Centre contributes around £1 million pounds per year to the local economy - this plus benefits to local shops and services could be lost if the site goes ahead
-Local wildlife and farm animal stock will suffer from human trespass and unvaccinated dogs
