Objects to this site because
- there is no doctors surgery in the village
-Local Roads and the Fosseway flood after heavy rainfall
-The road network is alraedy dangerous, access will be problemmatical
-This is an attractive area of countryside , due to its position in a valley it will be impossible to screen this development
-This development will put further pressure on the very limited local services
-The prenet business use creates employment, if it were to go jobs and money in the local economy would be lost
- There is no medical centre nearby
-Radford Semele is being encroached upon - some greenfields should be left undeveloped
