-There is no access to doctors surgeries, healthcare or a dentist in the village nearby
-There is no safe access to this site, large or slow vehicles going to this site would be a hazard to this already acknowledeged 'high risk' road
-These roads flood on a regular basis and are dangerous
-There are no utilities such as toilets,waste disposal available to serve this site
-The Fosse Way is a well known historical feature and development could be detrimental to its setting / current outlook
-The site is in a valley and will not be able to be screened appropriately, thus damaging the environmental outlook
-This development will have a serious detrimental impact on the Warwickshire Exhibition Centre.
- Please can we maintain some greenfields around our Village (Radford Semele).
