This site is unsuitable because
-The site could cause the closure of the Warwickshire Exhibition Centre and the loss of 40 jobs
-Any access would be in the close proximity of the Southam Road and Fosseway (which are dangerous high speed routes). Any slow moving vehicles related to the G and T site could cause hazards/ further congestion.
-There are no immediate amenities to serve the site, such as doctors , dentists , schools etc. Capacity in local schools is limited.
-There is no pavement / safe footpath to Radford Semele from this site
- There are no mains utilities currently serving this area
- There is no access to public transport for this site
-The visual impact on the rural environment will be impossible to screen because of the valley at this location.
- This site has also been known to flood.
