Nearest bus stop is on grass verge and dangerous. Only one infrequent service making travel to town difficult. No paths so walking dangerous. No viable access to train.
site is on Archaeological Register.
Area is in valley impacting on visual amenity and impossibel to effectively screen. Would not therefore be in keeping with surrounding landscape.
Wildlife habitat would be destroyed
No safe area for children to play.
Access to utilities is non existent or poor at best.
