Site in a valley, visible from all directions.
Access would be dangerous with volume and speed of traffic on Fosse Way.
Local economy would be affected.
Historic environment.
Bus stops on Southam road are dangerous.
Primary schools are nearly full and expecting more children from local housing.
Proposed site very rural and not suitable for permanent settlement of temporary dwellings.
Insufficient utilites on site which Travellers would have to pay for.
Nature of Travellers is to move on. How could site be monitored and maintained? How would payment for all services be achieved.
