GP surgeries this side of Leamington are not accepting new patients.
Primary school is nearly full and anticipating children from new developments through LP.
Half hourly bus service but no proper stops on Southam Road.
Access onto and from Fosse Way not desirable due to volume and speed of traffic.
Utilities could be provided at a cost.
Visible from all around due to rising land.
No immediate local community, but who is to promote peaceful integration?
Sustainability could only be maintained with co-operation of site members.
Very rural site and not suitable for permanent settlement of temporary dwellings.
Travellers move on. How could site be monitored and maintained? How would payment for services be achieved?
