Site could not be integrated into the landscape.
Site has significant historical importance.
Fosse Way one of few sections following its orginal path here.
Does not encourage walking/cycling.
Impossibel to walk safely from the site.
Children would be in danger from traffic on high risk route.
Bus stop is located on grass verge and is on opposite side of the road.
Lack of utilities and expensive to provide.
Negative effects on local businesses, particularly WEC.
Close to important wildlife habitats.
Not harmoniuos to integration being at maximum size recommended.
SA flawed.
