On two major high speed roads so unsafe.
Existing residents would be outnumbered.
No mains services on site and would need extensive facilities to ensure air/groundwater quality.
Closure of WEC, loss of jobs, impact on businesses and local economy.
Possibility of WEC closing and G&T community spreading onto car park.
Out of place in rural setting. Adverse effects on highway safety at busy junction.
Urbanisation.
