Well established business employing local people would close with loss of jobs and contribution to local economy.
Roads are dangerous for pedestrians and residents would be unable to walk to catch buses.
Long way from GP and Schools, hospitals, shops, post office etc.
Fosse Way site is on towns Archaeological Register. Site should be preserved.
Site cannot be integrated into landscape.
Wildlife and local woodland is preserved but could be destroyed or severely disrupted.
Lack of services on site.
HS2 will close Stoneleigh Exhibition Centre so WEC will be needed.
