No convenient accss to GP surgery and school. Access is by private transport or public transport from bus stop on grass verge, or by walking a considerable distance on the grass verge. Dangerous for children in particular.
Adverse impact on archaeology and wildlife habitat, being adjacent to protected ancient woodland.
Site would have adverse impact on landscape being located in valley and clearly visible from all directions.
Cannot promote peaceful and integrated co-existence with local comnunity or contribute to sustainability.
Impact on local economy, businesses and WEC in particular. Should be encouraging investment.
