Nearest GP sugery 5 miles away and schools equally distant. All are at or near capacity. Nearest supermarket over 4 miles distant, so no convenient access.
On two major high speed roads, so unsafe.
Important historical area and on valuable good quality arable land needed for food production.
Could not be integrated into rural area without harming area.
In close proximity to isolated property and residents would be outnumbered.
No mains services on site. Would require extensive facilities to ensure air/groundwater quality.
Working from site would cause more unsightly operations in area.
Loss of WEC, jobs and impact on local economy.
If WEC closes, G&T community could move onto car park.
Would be highly visible from roads which serve tourism.
Out of place in rural setting and high number of traffic movements could have adverse effect on safety at junction.
Urbanisation.
Close to traditional woodlands with protected species and established habitats. Impact on important historic highway.
