No convenient access to GP.
Spaces in school will soon be taken up by children from new housing.
Within 50m of busy road junction. (Fosse Way) high risk crash route.
No pavements and no provision for bus shelters. Bus stop is on grass bank. Safety compromised.
No mains gas, sewerage and drainage. Electricity supply may not cope. Provision a waste of taxpayers money.
Could not be integrated into the landscape.
Rural setting where new residents would outnumber existing.
Impact on WEC, loss of businesses and jobs locally.
Flaws in SA.
