Majority of sites proposed around Bishop's Tachbrook. Village has few resources. Most villagers commute to work. Remote site with no pedestrian access.
School is oversubscribed. Will school have resources to support children with little formal education and struggling to integrate into that environment.
Secondary school also oversubscribed.
All sites remote from employment and facilities.
Limited public transport
