Limited public transport and access to stop on unkept path.
Busy and dangerous road network.
Extra busy roads at exhibition times
Local amenites are not local and businesses will not grow due to site located there - no integration.
Not helpful to local workforce.
WEC employees people locally and contributes to local economy.
Fosse Way a high risk route.
Landscape will change and development be highly visible.
Schools have waiting lists for local residents.
