Water voles on site which are protected species.
No adequate access to village other than by traversing the by-pass which is heavily utilised and provides unsafe access/egress
No access to village by foot or bike via pedestrian footpaths, cycle routes or bus.
Infrastructure unot able to support especially in terms of schools and GP surgery.
Unacceptable loss of farmland and rural employment.
Dramatic adverse effect on landscape harming visual amenity.
Not a location allowing peaceful and integrated co-existence with local community.
