The reason given for selecting site 1 and not site 3 as the preferred option is absurd. It is not sufficient to say that WCC Highways Dept have access concerns with site 3, when it is obvious to everyone that access to the land off Oakdene Crescent is far worse, being a narrow entrance, with existing parking and safety problems which will worsen with more houses. There is I believe much support for this view.
