Object to west of Europa Way.
Where are people living in new houses going to work and how will they get there?
Will electricity, water and sewerage infrastructure be able to accommodate density of development?
Amenties - schools, shop, surgeries for GP's and dentists
Areas of grass and trees and footfalls and cycle paths
Need to roads of adequate width, footpaths and cyclepaths
Arrangement of houses into communities around green spaces and not just lines of featureless dwellings.
Area bounded by three of most congested roads in district - Europa Way, Myton Road and Banbury Road/Gallows Hill. If traffic increased serious thought should be given to ring road to deal with traffic.
Do we want Warwick's reputation as tourist town worthy of great day out, bringing wealth into area and a good place to live? If we care, developments must be in keeping with quality of area or located elsewhere.
