Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

The local plan, albeit already revised, is based on a substantial amount of evidence that is at least 5 years out of date. The plan for between 10,800- 12,300 houses is unsustainable for Warwick District and the data is questionable. The proposed destruction of Green Belt is contrary to existing legislation and also within terms of NPPF. The draft infrastructure plan needs considerably more evidence as the impact on the transport, health services, emergency services, education facilities etc. Ongoing austerity cuts will also have an impact on need.

The draft infrastructure plan needs considerably more evidence as the impact on the transport, health services, emergency services, education facilities and general amenities will be irrevocably changed to the detriment of the area. Future technology will mean that people will be working for home and therefore the number of employees forecasted may not need to move to Warwick. No allowance has been made in this plan for the austerity cuts planned by Central Government and stated as being ongoing.
