-Site 4 is in the control of Warwickshire Police who supports the proposed allocation of land for housing as shown on the VHO.
-Site 4, the former Police HQ is previously developed land with permission for redevelopment.
-The main house may not be suitable for subdivision into apartments, or that such subdivision may not be financially viable.
-The most likely uses for Woodcote House are for C2/B1 use as approved or as a small hotel or possibly a single dwelling.
-Development of the previously developed part of Site 4 can occur whilst bringing the listed building into new use.
