-WDC document says up to 100 homes will be developed but Gladman's leaflet proposed up to 130 homes so can assume that they intend to pack as many in as possible.
-130 homes = approximately 400-500 homes which would put pressure on many village services.
-The school is virtually at capacity and cannot be enlarged.
-Additional traffic will be created at the school, shop and post office on narrow lanes which are already too busy.
-130 homes = 250 additional cars trying to use Southam Road at peak times and accidents have occurred.
