-Radford Semele is subject to flooding.
-The outlet from the site would be onto the existing Southam Road that can already be a bottle-neck, and increased traffic would produce huge problems.
-All of the roads in Radford Semele are cul-de-sacs, with all having to get out of the village via the Southam Road. None of these roads are built to take volumes of traffic which the village now experiences, particularly School Lane, which could be affected through another exit road on to Southam Road.
