-The existing Hatton Park development was increased in size from the original proposals.
- Traffic on the Birmingham Road it is already at breaking point.
-Poor infrastructure services (History of regret from the high ways department carrying out maintenance, examples can be supplied.)
-Destruction of the Green Belt, eroding the land between Hatton and Warwick.
-After living at this address for 13 years any increase in developments will have a direct impact on safety of drivers/pedestrians along the Birmingham Road. (Currently it is dangerous to try and cross the road).
