-The site is in Rowington not Kingswood. Lapworth oand Rowington are separate.
-Should development occur there is risk of flooding.
-Access by car will be hazardous being at the foot of a hill, on a bend, where a busy garage generates money, on road parked vehicles.
-The setting of the listed Kingswood Cottages, which are on Old Warwick Road will be impaired, destroying the character and attractiveness to local people and the many tourists who visit.
-Residents living at the end of Yew Tree Clos will experience a lack of privacy, noise and light pollution
