Our concerns regarding the proposal on Site 1 are regarding issues around Green Belt erosion, increased traffic (particularly along Birmingham Road), pollution (hedgerow removal and traffic), noise, potential for more accidents near Ugly Bridge, danger of electricity supply which often suffers failure. We are also strongly against a road access from Birmingham Road to the proposed expansion of Hatton Park- if development of Hatton Park is unavoidable then access to the new housing should be from within the estate via Charingworth Drive through Ebrighton Drive, thus distinctly separating the designations of Budbrooke and Hatton Park.
