-150 homes are proposed for Bishop's Tachbrook. The local need from the housing survey is for 14.150 extra houses which is too many for the surrounding village.
-I have lived in the village for 15 years and I am worried thaty this village with its views are just going to be part of a sprawling housing estate between Warwick, Leamington and Whitnash.
-The rapid growth in population would put heavy pressure on hospitals and schools. In Bishop's Tachbrook there is just one school. The Greenfield development would be car dependent and unsustainable.
