Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

-A direct link with the A46 was considered too dangerous when Warwick Parkway Station was built and the same applies even more now. It would potentially cause gridlock and the village would be used as a cut through.

-The sewage, drainage and electricity systems are already in need of major upgrading and proposed houses will make this worse. The standard of construction is poor and Severn Trent refused to accept them.

-The electricity system dates back to the Old Barracks.

-The local school is already undergoing expansions. School run parking already leads to traffic congestion and safety problems.
