Existing Warwick Gates employment land - gallaghers have failed to develop this as employment land. Is it not economically viable for them to develop this now - is that the reason you have not included it as other sites are 'easier' to develop?
Land north of milverton - this has good links to the A46 and would not create congestion in Leamington
All the land on the SHLAA that is available. If you spread out the development across all of these land areas, you would not need to put all the housing in one place.
