So many houses close to j13 of M40 is dangerous and highly inappropriate. As no impact or infrastructure study has been completed there is no evidence that this will be mitigated.

The south of the urban area has seen largest amount of growth in recent years. Will destroy the community in the area of Whitnash and Bishops Tachbrook.

Large estates lack cohesion which leads to many social problems.

The recent BT village survey stated that only 15 homes were needed.

Existing infrastructure and utilities are stretched in South Warwick and Leamington, greater pressure will be caused without massive infrastructure costs.
