1E: My main objection is to the proposed development on the land West of Europa Way as this site was identified as an area of restraint. I cannot understand why this is in the first phase of the housing development.
This should be the last place to be considered which would then give the chance to see whether this is required in the long term. There is also a risk of flooding in this area.
