A housing needs survey in Bishops Tachbrook identified only 15 new homes were needed not 4,200 in this area.

A development of this size would destroy our village as a small community and would have an effect on local facilites and infrastructure, especially water facilities.

Proposed development will make the traffic problems worse and encouraging traffic to use the village as a short-cut to beat the regular traffic jams on Europa Way.


Ideally local residents should be employed in the local area, not commuting long distances by car and train. Proposed development will encourage commuter mentality.
