Leased to WCC which provides sole income for charity.
Charity provides funds to community based organisations with parish of Cubbington - over past 11 years grants totalling £121,000 have been made.
Charity vital support for number of groups in local area and future of charity, which has existed for nearly 250 years, would be in doubt.
