Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

Re H44
Plan unsound because land affected North of Milverton is designated Green Belt and can only be allocated for development under Exceptional Circumstances which have not been proven.

Highly productive farmland will be lost, with long established wildlife habitats.

The Green Belt area makes as strong contribution to health and wellbeing , being available for sports and recreational pastimes.

The proposed development is intended for commuting to Coventry;the commuter routes are already congested at peak times. Add another 1000 cars? Chaos will ensue.
All unnecessary commuting is damaging to the environment.
