RE: Land North of Milverton
I do not believe there are exceptional circumstances as required by the National Planning Framework. There are other green fields sites available as previously allocated in previous plans. The extra houses are a result of the demand from Coventry, there is land available closer to Coventry that has lower green belt value. Even if it exceptional circumstances were met all other non green belt land by definition should have been developed first, this is not the case, any build on green belt should be the last development. Removing this land from the green belt would result in Old Milverton village no longer being a village.
