Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

Coventry Houses should be built on lower grade agricultural land closer to the City already identified and more sustainable.
Green Belt, high grade land in food production should be preserved.
Preservation of paths and wildlife habitats are very important to Leamingtons character and must be preserved.

Testun llawn:

The development is to support Coventry's housing plan, which should be sited nearer Coventry to meet the sustainability requirements of today.
The land north of Old Milverton is grade 2 agricultural land and WDC along with CCC have identified sites of lower grade land closer to the City, which, according to precedence, should be taken in preference as this provides an alternative to the higher grade land north of Milverton.
As a runner/walker I foresee not only the loss of a network of footpaths and wildlife habitat, but a 'push' of the population on to the Old Milverton farmland. Where is our food going to be grown? Once gone, this can never be reclaimed.
