The allocation of further housing at Hampton Magna is not consistent with the requirements of the NPPF as it will overburden highways infrastructure (the A46 Stank's Island and surrounding network).
The additional development is not sustainable as it will overload / overburden what services are available and there is a belief that the Infrastructure Delivery Plan does not give sufficient confidence that new infrastructure (utilities and electricity in particular)will be planned for and delivered appropriately.
