Object to proposal: -
-Barcheston Drive too narrow for construction traffic
- poor access from village hall impacts on village hall, play areas, orchard, sports facilities
- need additional car parking
- adverse impact on safety of children's' play areas
- roads adversely affected by congestion
- serious road safety issues
- projected housing need may be inaccurate
- loss of green belt not justified by exceptional circumstances
- environmentally unsustainable site - lack of local facilities and services (e.g. public transport, schools etc.) generate additional vehicle movements
- no supporting infrastructure identified in local plan
