Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

Barcheston Drive is too narrow for vehicles during the construction phase. This could present a danger to pedestrians and will damage the local environment.
The children's play area would become more dangerous as it would be next to an access road. Fencing would need to be put in place to mitigate this. The location of the junction with Barcheston Drive is on a corner and is far from ideal.
The housing projections are based on a "blip" in demand and in reality growth may not follow the same trajectory. It is therefoe questionable whether the exceptional circumstances for removing the land from the green belt exist. The proposed access is very steep and additional land would be needed to counteract this - this will impact on the village hall and its parking. infrastructure will struggle to support the additional homes. Birmingham Road is already congested and the additional traffic will increase safety risks. Public transport schools and shops are also lacking and therefore the proposal does not achieve sustainable development. The Local Plan does not address schools health facilities or road improvements.
