- No exceptional circumstances exist to justify removal of land at old Milverton from green belt.
- contrary to national and government policy
- alternative non-green belt sites available
- Kings Hill a better site than Milverton
- will generate additional traffic and congestion
- adverse impacts on environment, character and appearance of area
- adverse impact on local facilities and services
- loss of recreational amenity
- WDC has sufficient five-year supply of housing land
- in breach of human rights legislation
