H27 and H51 at Hampton Magna and other proposed allocations in the vicinity of Hampton Magna, H28 (north of Birmingham Road Hatton) and H53 (Brownley Green Lane, Hatton) will put too much traffic pressure on the existing network that is currently struggling to cater for traffic movements, this will lead to congestion and an increase in dangerous parking on what are residential or rural type carriageways.
Schools and other services in the locality will not be able to accommodate the needs of the expanding population.
