Object to proposal: -
- area north of Milverton unsuitable for proposed development as aim Coventry's housing needs rather than Leamington's
- loss of productive agricultural land
- loss of wildlife habitats
- park and ride unnecessary waste of land and money - no demand
- Leamington not large enough to sustain park and ride
-new railway would be too expensive
