The coalition government issued 'Laying the Foundations:
A Housing Strategy for England' in November 2011 which supported Self-Build as a way to help provide housing in England;
I object to the Warwick District Plan modification based on the fact it talks a lot but it is without substance and excludes actual or positive action.
