The lack of detail re any of the infrastructure needed to support the housing developments outlined gives little confidence in these issues being properly addressed.Recent large scale housing developments eg Hatton Park and Warwick Gates are examples of this with little in the way of retail development or other community amenities available to serve the local residents.
