Testun llawn:
Area near Blackdown under review, too near
Leamington to be a viable Park and Ride - just
drive the last mile or two into Leamington.
A452 one of the most congested and
dangerous roads into Leamington Spa (volume and
speed of traffic). Park and Ride in the
Blackdown area a magnet
for more traffic/congestion.
The footpath on the A452 in the Blackdown -
section dangerous and unsuitable - the lorries create
a drag effect on pedestrians. Placing a Park and Ride
in the Blackdown area most likely will create
more pedestrian traffic on the footpath.
