I am objecting to the proposal for a park & Ride scheme, as I understood it to have been removed from the local plan at the meeting, and it remains on the plan in error.
The reasons for the park & Ride being removed include its unsuitable location in proximity to town / residential areas, and the fact that it relies solely on an existing bus service. The local road networks are reaching capacity at peak times currently, this park & ride will compound this problem. It will not be used; it is inappropriate.
