We would like to see a statement that infrastructure will be provided at the time of occupation of a new development or beforehand. There have been too many instances in the past where this has not happened. Therefore we strongly support the Council's Preferred Option and, in particular, the commitment to adopt the Community Infrastructure Levy. Every development places a demand on the district-wide infrastructure.
