Biodiversity Offsetting. It is noted that the Council is stipulating a minimum 30-year maintenance period in relation Biodiversity Offsetting schemes. This should be justified with regard to relevant evidence and, including costs and periods sought by other Authorities (recognising that 25 years is also used as a benchmark).
