Leamington and Warwick areas have seen massive increase in population in recent years with zero attempt to improve the road structure within the area. In consequence travel within the area is extremely slow and wasteful of time and fuel. I have to travel from place to place as part of my job and any form of public transport is utterly useless to me. To build more without major road building first is complete nonsense.
