Why was the land at Woodside Farm not on the option to build to start with but now it is? The Inspector did not think it should be built on. It should stay as an area of restraint.
Why is it down to be built on in Phase 1? The landowner said he would/may release it for Phase 2. We abide by the Inspector's decision.
